THE FIRST PRINCIPLES OF THOUGHT

principle 1 ;  a wondering child one calls back....a wondering thought must also be called back....

primairy thought

the first thought form is not filtered by things as doubt over that thought....or social-cultural ideas entering that mind....fear of what others might think or consequenses of that thought.

First thought is best to be seen as situations most know as ''i knew things would go wrong, but i did not listen to myself'', in situations that went sideway's.

THE ART OF FOCUS

Focus is the quiet skill most people never learn. It’s the art of choosing one signal and letting the rest die. The mind wants noise, distraction, movement — anything but stillness. But real focus is subtraction: removing what doesn’t matter until only the task, the thought, the truth remains.

BALANCE

Balance isn’t calm or peaceful — it’s a constant negotiation. The mind pulls one way, the body another, and life keeps adding weight. Real balance is not perfection; it’s the ability to adjust without breaking. It’s knowing when to push, when to pause, and when to let the world spin without dragging you with it.
