FIRST TRANING
When a thought is created watch what happens....a negative thought results in a split second in to a certian body feeling state that does not feel nice....a positive thought same thing, but feels different....better....therefore ; if a formed thought is not good for your system than never rethink that specific thought again....if one can not master this step the rest is futile.
this exercise one can do alone....with test outcome result(s).

second step
Everything is basicly an electric fenomena ; if you stand somewhere, and another person is watching you....this can be felt....one feels it when one is observed....this is the same effect as trowing a little stone to someones head....so thought belongs in the category of fysical matter.
Practice shows one can therefore notice thought of others, and one can exercise effect in the ( human ) world.
This happens already but not with consiousnes of it....when one becomes aware of this, one automaticly will see the need for mastering thought.

THOUGHT IS ARCHITECTURE OF LIFE
Thought creates life....a personal life....all humans together think a certain world....the outside world is a projection of the inner world....when thought is improved, the outside world impoves with it.
It is a big responsebility to think....this must be tought to children, to operate the biological machine....each thought influences the metals, like zink, copper, iron in your blood system, and also hormones like cortisols, serotines, dopamines.
When a human has many thoughts in a day, if they switch between positive and negative many times in a day, for 10 years or so....the body and mind become sick....un-stable....with lots of bad consequences.
Learn to be resonsible for ones own thought....or get wounded by them and beed over other as consequence of it.

FOCUS ON NOTHING
The biggest tip? Don’t worship the thought — watch what happens after it. A thought is just a spark. The real work begins when you drag it into daylight, kick it around, test it, bruise it, and then do something with it. Daydreaming is cheap. Action is the only currency that pays out. So ask yourself: What’s the first move I can make before the thought dies of old age?
